It has always been my intention to curate things on SunMoonRain that I see on my travels or in my “backyard" which I personally love, and are also about positive energy and/or healing. What better way to make that idea a reality with showcasing a fabulously stylish and soulful brand new yoga bags and accessories brand MAIASA , and it just happens to be created by my sister Resham.

Says Resham, "Every morning you have two choices , to continue to sleep with your dreams or wake up and chase them. Every morning think of what a privilege it is to be alive , to breathe, to think, to enjoy, to love. MAIASA, which means ‘every morning’ in Japanese features hand-made yoga bags in customised nomadic textures and prints designed for the globetrotter yogi who is in search of her inner journey of love strength and growth."

She continues, "I believe that evolving yourself is a beautiful part of life and the transitions of experiences that we go through will bring new insight and growth. MAIASA aspires to guide each one of us to be the best that we can be . It's only when we find our purpose in life that we can give back."

Well said Resham. So proud of you and this amazing and soulful new brand you have created!

Each bag in the collection is named after a practicing yogi that has inspired her through their own journey, and I am so touched and honoured to be included as one of them. Here below is the SMR:
